How I Work

AI is becoming a part of the way I think and work now, and I'm not precious about admitting that.  It's not about cutting corners, it's about getting to a quicker, smarter outcome, so you're not paying for me to sit there doing something slowly that a good tool can help me do properly in half the time. 

Where I actually earn my keep is in interpretation.  Anyone can follow a template.  What I'm good at is listening to what you actually need, even when you're not quite sure how to describe it yet and turning that into something that's genuinely useful to you, not a generic version with your name stuck on top. 

I'm versatile, I've been doing some form of admin for over thirty years, so there's not much that throws me off balance.   Obviously everything you hand me stays confidential and always will.

Finally, I can also help with a starter webpage if you need one, simple, does the job properly, and I'll keep it maintained for you afterwards so it's not something else sitting on your to-do list.
